Watch this space for future publication of the Alpha version of the MEULA.  It will be based upon the principle that no EULA terms may enlarge the scope of copyright protection beyond the limits established by Section 106 of the Copyright Act, no EULA terms may impair the reach of the limitations upon copyrights contained in Sections 107-122 of the Copyright Act, and every copyright owner who offers a EULA consents to the circumvention of any technical protection measure (TPM) to the degree necessary to enforce the MEULA.
